Patricia J. Mitchell started her career with IBM in 1974 and has held various sales, management and executive positions. Ms. Mitchell has been recognized for her business achievement and community contributions as one of The Daily Record's Maryland Top 100 Women's Circle of Excellence, as the 2002 Girl Scouts of Central Maryland’s Distinguished Woman of the Year, and as recipient of the President's Medal from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland, where she serves as a member of the Board of Trustees and chaired the Legacy of Leadership Capital Campaign. Ms. Mitchell is a member of the board of the United Way of Central Maryland and past chair of the Women’s Leadership Council. She is a member of the board of the Greater Baltimore Medical Center, the Center Club, and The Family Tree. Ms. Mitchell is a member of the SunTrust Mid-Atlantic Advisory Board and a member of the Board of Directors of KCI Technologies, Inc where she serves as chair of the governance committee. Ms. Mitchell holds a degree in education from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland.
