Timothy Bibo, Jr. is the GWIB’s industry analyst. In addition to supporting the research and analysis needs of the industry sectors, Mr. Bibo supports the GWIB’s overall efforts with his expertise in the application
of numerous public and private data sources that are available to inform and monitor the progress of workforce development initiatives. Prior to GWIB, Tim worked as the senior evaluation specialist at the Mayor’s Office of Employment Development, where he employed multiple tools (such as GIS, surveys, and statistical analysis) to evaluate and analyze a variety of initiatives, such as: opportunities for challenged youth, ex-offender employment, employer attitudes, and local and regional labor market conditions. Tim also worked for the Baltimore Empowerment Zone, measuring and analyzing many outcomes of the Empowerment Zone’s career centers and housing, economic development, and job training programs. Tim earned a B.S. in Psychology and Business Administration at Towson University and completed the coursework for an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at East Carolina University. |
