Bernard Reynolds is the former executive vice president of the Retail Bakers of America; a national trade association for family owned and operated businesses. Mr. Reynolds' 25 year professional career has been dedicated to serving the needs of a variety of member based business associations and professional organizations. His work experience includes education and training, industry surveys, competency based certification, apprenticeship training and skills standards, post-secondary program accreditation, school-industry partnerships, industry directed career marketing and not-for-profit management. A member of the American Society of Association Executives, Reynolds has served on various committees and award panels, and presented papers on strategic planning, staff team building and education needs surveys. He also provided consulting services to local and national organizations on strategic planning, certification, membership development and conference planning. He has a BA from Jacksonville University, Jacksonville, Florida.
